The goal of salvation is not only forgiveness; it’s adoption, whereby God accepts us as his children and puts his own life in us.

In the bible the temple was the place where God manifested his presence. Then Jesus was the new temple. Now God dwells in the church, and each believer.

For all the individualism in UK culture, and the way church has developed online, we are built for community. God is looking for a people to be glorified in and it’s in the church that people will see what community can truly look like.

Because God is our Father, all His children are siblings in his family. Jesus, the perfect Son, is the way we enter the family and the model for relationships in the family. So what does it mean, in practice, to be family?
