About this talk

Questions for Life Groups
The questions below have been created for our Life Groups to facilitate discussion around this talk.
If you are leading a Life Group, please read through the following before your group meets, pray for your time together and be expectant for the Holy Spirit to be at work during this time.
In your groups read together Psalm 33: 1-5 (faithfulness) and Hebrews 6: 13-20 (anchor)
1. What specific examples can you think of that demonstrate God's faithfulness and unfailing love in your life, (especially any recent testimonies.)
2. What other attributes of God's character have most helped you over the last few months (particularly during the COVID-19 lockdown)?
3. What challenges or situations are you facing in your lives now that provide an opportunity to practice trusting in the faithfulness (or other characteristics) of God?
4. What specific promises are there in the bible that you can apply to the situations/challenges faced within the group?
5. What opportunities do we each have to show and demonstrate any of these attributes of God to those in our lives who don't yet know him?
Prayer
Take some time to pray for one another regarding the various challenges presenting within the group, thanking God for his promises and reminding him of them.
Pray also for those in your lives who don't yet know him, and ask for his wisdom, grace, creativity and opportunity as you seek to share his love and goodness with them.
Give opportunity for the group to share any spiritual gifts by way of encouragement to the group, such as prophesying, words of knowledge, praying for healing etc.
