If you have any food allergies, please let us know using the box below. We will have allergen advice on display at our events, and will be happy to provide a list of ingredients if unsure.
Our food may contain or have come into contact with the following allergens: celery; cereals containing gluten - including wheat, rye, barley and oats; crustaceans - including prawns, crab and lobster; eggs; fish; lupin; milk; mustard; nuts; peanuts; sesame seeds; soya beans; sulphur dioxide or sulphites at levels above 10mg per kilogram or per litre.
We are very sorry, but Citygate Church cannot serve food to anyone who has declared that they have coeliac disease. We will make every attempt to contact individuals in advance to make alternative food arrangements.
Photography
Citygate reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at this event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Citygate may use the photograph/video in digital and printed material, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newsletters, website, social media, etc.
If you do not wish to have your image recorded for distribution you should make your wishes known to the photographer and/or an organiser of the event, and/or contact Citygate at media@citygate.church in writing and include a photograph. Citygate will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
