'You can’t keep a good man down!'

We often think that if we work hard and are generally good we will rise up, but this isn't quite the case in the bible. The people of Jesus' day saw his kingdom as a threat and so wanted to take him down. Yet God’s plan meant his death and resurrection would pave the way for all the righteous to live forever - if they put their trust in Christ.
