Curious about Alpha? Thinking of inviting a friend, but want to check it out first? Alpha Sunday is the perfect opportunity to experience a taste of the course before making any commitments.

Whether you're considering doing the course yourself, or you'd like your friend to try one session before signing up, this is a relaxed, no-pressure way to explore what Alpha is all about.

We’ll watch a short talk together and then break into groups for open, honest conversation where you can ask any questions and share your thoughts.

No pressure. No cost. Just a chance to explore.

Alpha Sunday will take place at our usual Sunday meeting locations and timings:

• 9.00am or 11.00am at Bournemouth

• 10.30am at Southbourne
