About this theme
The primary way that we will see our vision become a reality is by being a people that reflect Jesus. This is why we’ve intentionally identified the culture of Citygate and will seek to help one another live it out.

Week 1
This starter question is for a new group that has just formed, it is designed to help you get to know one and other better.
Ask each other: “What is your life story?”
Ask each other questions and pray for each other.
All other weeks
Section A - Accountability & How are you doing? (30 minutes)
Action: How did you get on this week with putting into practice what you said last week?
Share: Who did you share that with?
Answer the following questions about how are you doing:
What has brought you joy and satisfaction recently?
What has been challenging you recently?
Section B - What is God saying through his Word (30 minutes)
Read the Bible passage below and use these questions as conversation starters:
What are the key truths about a) God, b) you, c) life, d) Jesus in the passage?
What questions do you have about this passage?
Action: Through this passage, what is God saying you should do / change / stop? “Therefore I will ____”
Share: This week, with who will you share what God is doing in your life?
Bible passages:
Read the whole of Romans 12:9-21 each time and then focus on one culture word with it's connecting verse/s as listed, asking the the questions within section B:
Week 1 - Authentic - “Love must be sincere.” (v 9)
Week 2 - Honouring - “Honour one another above yourselves.” (v 10)
Week 3 - Generous - “Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practise hospitality.” (v 13)
Week 4 - Courageous - Romans 12:9-21 contains some instructions that require huge courage.
